      <image:caption>Fokusgrupper er en viktig metode som kan gi et vell av informasjon om et tema, produkt eller tjeneste gjennom samtaler med et utsnitt av målgruppen. I stedet for en tradisjonell spørreundersøkelse som stiller spesifikke spørsmål og svaralternativer, lar fokusgruppen deltagerene snakke fritt og dele sine meninger om ideene som presenteres slik at vi får en dypere forståelse av hva de faktisk mener, enn å undre som man ofte gjør, når man leser resultatene av en spørreundersøkelse. Metoden er god for å gjennomføre en konstruktiv samtale, eller for å verifisere grunner til hvorfor en idé eller et produkt fungerer eller ikke.       <image:caption>En fokusgruppe har normalt 6-8 deltakere. Vi anbefaler minimum å gjennomføre to grupper, helst flere, i hver målgruppe. En gruppesamtale varer mellom 1-2 timer (helst 2). Gruppesamtaler gjennomføres ofte på ettermiddag- og kveldstid. I løpet av en kveld rekker vi å gjennomføre to grupper med en halv time pause mellom hver. Gruppesamtalen ledes av en erfaren moderator som vet hvordan man skal styre samtalen, sørge for at alle deltar, og at unngå at noen dominerer for mye. Våre erfarne moderatorer skriver intervjugudien for å sørge for gode men ikke ledende spørsmål. Oppdragiver får intervjuguide til gjennomlesing og redigering før gruppene gjennomføres.       <image:caption>Fokusgrupper er en viktig metode som kan gi et vell av informasjon om et tema, produkt eller tjeneste gjennom samtaler med et utsnitt av målgruppen. I stedet for en tradisjonell spørreundersøkelse som stiller spesifikke spørsmål og svaralternativer, lar fokusgruppen deltagerene snakke fritt og dele sine meninger om ideene som presenteres slik at vi får en dypere forståelse av hva de faktisk mener, enn å undre som man ofte gjør, når man leser resultatene av en spørreundersøkelse. Metoden er god for å gjennomføre en konstruktiv samtale, eller for å verifisere grunner til hvorfor en idé eller et produkt fungerer eller ikke.
